MACEDON, Roman Republican period. Aesillas. Quaestor, circa 95-70 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27mm, 16.23 g, 12h). Uncertain mint. Head of the deified Alexander the Great right; Θ to left / Money chest, club, and chair; all within wreath. Bauslaugh Group VI, obv. die 42A; HGC 3, 1110. Toned with iridescence and luster. Near EF.
